How to Enrol your Child

An enrollment pack is available on request. For five year olds, the school is required to have a copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport and their immunisation records.

Thornbury School operates within the guidelines of an enrolment scheme. The boundaries of our zone are shown in the document below and are on display in the School reception area.

It is the Board’s decision if out of zone positions are advertised.

Pre-School Visits

Pre-school children are welcome to visit the school, with parents, prior to their fifth birthday. School visits are arranged with the Junior Teacher but are generally on Wednesdays. This gives new pupils and parents an opportunity to meet the teacher and class on an informal level.
